The chapel in Jäckvik was built in Lövmokk 1777. This place was to distant, so in the year 1885 the chapel and the priests chamber were moved to Jäckvik. The interiour was changed, but the outside stayed the same. The priests chamber is in orgin appearance. In the year of 1928 the chapel received a church bell by Åhlén and Holm.
